General Supervisor

A reputable 2-star hotel, First HR Hotel located in Prampram is seeking a General Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of customer service and staff performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

  • At least 3 or more years of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, food services, etc.)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills (for reporting, scheduling, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage staff schedules and performance
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met
  • Report to management and support business goals
